Need suggestions on where to stay? Madison has a lot of great places to stay, but staying at one of our preferred hotels gets us a few free rooms for speakers and gets them off of our couches. :)

Right next door is the Clarion Hotel and Suites. It is connected by a tunnel to the Alliant Energy Center so you can show up on Friday and never put a coat on until Sunday. It's a little more expensive, but it includes a hot breakfast, happy hour(s), a free airport shuttle and free shuttles downtown if you wnt to check out that area. It's worth checking out. The Sheraton is across the street from the Alliant Energy Center, a five minute walk away. it's a great place to stay for Canoecopia as well as within minutes of downtown if you want to check that out after the show is over. A lot of our speakers stay there.

The Fairfield Inn and Suites is right next door. It has a free breakfast (paddlers like free breakfasts!). Both hotel registrations can be done here.

You can also call the Central Reservations Office at 1-888-625-4988 and identify yourselves as members of the “Canoecopia Paddle Show 2025” or use the codes CP5 for the Sheraton or CPS for the Fairfield to receive the discounted group rate before the cutoff date of 2/14/2025.
