Bill Schultz lives in New Berlin and Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin and is one of the top smallmouth bass anglers in the country. Since his first smallie in 1994, he has caught and released over 33,000 with almost 20,000 coming while kayaking and wading rivers across southern Wisconsin. His talks and articles the past 25 years have turned thousands onto the fun and excitement of chasing smallmouth bass on rivers and lakes throughout Wisconsin.
