| What's Included Cancellation Policy Boat & Gear Rentals Registered On or Before May 15 $420.00 Registered After May 15 $470.00 What's Included Full weekend registration includes access to half-day and full-day classes and tours Friday and Saturday, and half-day only on Sunday, located throughout the Boulder Junction area and beyond. Registration also includes Friday dinner, Saturday dinner, and Sunday lunch, a Camp Rutabaga cotton T-shirt, Friday & Saturday evening social gatherings & presentations, and a sure to be good time!. Community meals are included for the day(s) you are registered for. For more information on meals please see meals & lodging. You Provide You provide your own gear (boat, skirt, PFD, paddle) or register for a Rental Package from us (see below), lodging/camping accommodations, and your own meals outside of the community meals. Full refunds will be given for cancellations made on or before August 11, 2025. After that date, a $100 processing fee will be deducted from your refund. No refunds will be given for cancellations made on or after September 1st, 2025.Boat & Gear Rentals

Gear Rental If you need to use a spray skirt, paddle or PFD for the weekend and are not renting a boat from us, the cost is $25 per item per day. |
