Camp Rutabaga is presented by Rutabaga Paddlesports, a paddlesports specialty shop in Madison, Wisconsin. To round out Rutabaga's class and tour offerings in Southern Wisconsin, this event was created to give participants more instruction in different conditions and build the paddling community, whether in a canoe or a kayak.
